Every home and office is different, so there is no fixed price list — we visit first, then negotiate a rate based on size, condition, frequency, and who supplies the chemicals and instruments.
With or without our supplies
Chemicals are used either way. The toggle is about who provides them — us or you — and that changes the rate.
Our team arrives with all cleaning chemicals, machines and instruments. Chemicals are always used either way — this option simply means we supply them, and the rate is priced accordingly.
Move In / Move Out Cleaning
A full reset of an empty (or nearly empty) home so you get your deposit back or walk into a fresh start.

- Baseboards, door frames, switch plates

Standard Cleaning
The regular upkeep visit that keeps a lived-in home tidy. Great weekly or bi-weekly.

- Bathrooms sanitised — sink, toilet, shower, mirrors
- Beds made, general tidying
- Trash out, floors vacuumed and mopped

Deep Cleaning
Everything in a standard clean, plus the built-up grime that normal visits never reach.

For homes and offices, we first come to check the space, then negotiate a fair price based on what we see.

Recurring visits available for homes and offices at a steady schedule.
Cancellation fee
Last-minute cancellations attract a fee, since the slot is held for you and the crew is already scheduled.
